PURPOSE: A filter assembly assembling device of a solenoid valve for a ball check valve-embedded ABS(Anti-Lock Brake System) and an assembly method thereof are provided to prevent the fault of assembly because the fault of a ball mounted state or a diameter of a check valve hole or an orifice hole of an outlet is automatically detected in an automatic process and fault filter assembly is separated. CONSTITUTION: A filter assembly assembling device of a solenoid valve for a ball check valve-embedded ABS comprises a turntable(20), a loading unit(100), a ball mounting unit(200), and an inlet mounting unit(300). The turntable is rotatably mounted on a frame(22). The loading unit supplies an outlet toward the turntable to load the outlet on a specific mounting jig of the turntable. The ball mounting unit mounts a ball on a check valve hole of the outlet turned at the set rotational degree with the turntable. The inlet mounting unit mounts an inlet at the top of the outlet to complete a filter assembly. |
