PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner for electrostatic charge image development that can suppress attachment of spotty fine particles on a photoreceptor in an electrophotographic developing device, thereby suppresses image defects that occur due to the attachment, and has excellent fluidity.SOLUTION: A toner for electrostatic latent image development contains at least toner base particles and fine particles. The BET specific surface area of the toner base particles is 2.5 m/g or more and 3.5 m/g or less; the isolation rate of the fine particles when the toner is irradiated with an ultrasonic wave is 0.5% or more and 2% or less; the number percent (A) of isolated fine particles having a particle diameter of 30 nm or less relative to the total isolated fine particles is 5% or more and 30% or less; and the volume average particle diameter of the isolated particles (B) is 40 nm or more and 80 nm or less.
