PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memory block allocation device and method taking into account file attributes.SOLUTION: A memory block allocation device comprises: a flash memory comprising a plurality of blocks; and a memory control unit which selects, when the flash memory is requested for block allocation of a file, a first block among the plurality of blocks which has the largest frequency of deletion, in accordance with a result of determination of whether the file has a first attribute, in order to store data of the file therein. |
