PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of shortening a liquid injection time of a secondary battery.SOLUTION: A system 100 of manufacturing a secondary battery is provided. This system 100 comprises: an assembling unit 110 assembling an electrode assembly 2 for a secondary battery by laminating a positive electrode plate 21 and a negative electrode plate 22 so as to be overlapped with each other via a separator 25; and a plasma processing unit 10 using at least any one of the positive electrode plate 21, the negative electrode plate 22, and the separator 25 before assembled to the electrode assembly 2 as a target, and processing the target outside a high-frequency electric field with a gas 16 containing a component turned to plasma by the high-frequency electric field between counter electrodes. |
