PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel planar heating element and an electric floor heating system with the same that facilitate construction extremely (reduce construction costs) by preventing confined heat from being generated and excluding a time-consuming operation on a construction site, i.e., an engraving operation for a sub-floor material as much as possible, and enable, for example, a general user to achieve construction sufficiently.SOLUTION: A planar heating element 4 has a carbon heating element 40B supplied with electric power formed on a base material sheet 40A in a laminated state, and a pattern of the carbon heating element 40B in a plan view is a meshed plane pattern. |
