PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate an electromagnetic field formed by scattered waves from a dielectric having a variety of structures highly accurately with a smaller amount of data processing.SOLUTION: A scattered wave calculation system has a structure specification part and an electromagnetic field calculation part. The structure specification part represents an area of a dielectric to be a calculation object of an electromagnetic field formed by scattered waves occurring when electromagnetic waves are made incident as an area composed by a reference area and a plurality of finite areas which comprise a part or a space of the dielectric respectively and do not intersect one another. The electromagnetic field calculation part successively adds the plurality of finite areas to the reference area in batches and obtains an electromagnetic field formed by scattered waves when the electromagnetic wave is made incident to the dielectric by calculation in which an electromagnetic field generated by each of the finite areas added are successively added to the electromagnetic field formed by the reference area. |
