PURPOSE: A broadcast data relaying device, and a display device and a real time broadcast service providing method thereof are provided to serve a real time broadcast which is provided in a dedicated network in other networks. CONSTITUTION: A first network interface unit (210) receives an Internet Protocol (IP) packet including broadcast program data which is encapsulated in a Real Time Protocol (RTP) packet through a first network. A control unit (220) extracts the broadcast program data from the received IP packet. The control unit encapsulates the extracted broadcast program data in a Hyper Text Transport Protocol (HTTP) packet. The second network interface unit (240) outputs the broadcast program data which is encapsulated in the HTTP packet to a second network.
