<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation device for a wall body, and a construction method for the same for constructing a retaining wall, etc. of an approach section of a grade separation, by which an construction occupation range of a road is reduced to minimum, and a construction period can be shortened. <P>SOLUTION: The installation device 1 for the retaining wall is arranged on the inside (in the central direction of the retaining walls 21 facing each other) of the retaining wall 21. When a travel cart 3 is lifted in the direction of an arrow F, the supporting leg 7 of the device 1 is relatively moved downward. A leading end of the supporting leg 7 is inserted into a gap 27 along with the ascent of the travel cart 3, to be brought into contact with a ground surface 29. In this state, since the supporting leg 7 is supported on the ground surface 29, a position of the device 1 is fixed. The retaining wall 21b is lifted up with chain blocks 31a and 31b.
