PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cool a ball screw without using a pump. SOLUTION: This ball screw device includes an axial hole 11 and a radial hole 12 formed through the inside of a ball screw shaft to structure holes of a flow passage inside a ball screw shaft for making a cooling fluid flow therein. The axial hole 11 is communicated with a flow-in pipe formed as a part, into which the cooling fluid flows, and structures one end of the hole of the flow passage inside the ball screw shaft arranged at the center of rotation of the ball screw shaft 10. The radial hole 12 is communicated with a flow-out pipe formed as a part, from which the cooling fluid flows out, and structures the other end of the hole of the flow passage inside the ball screw shaft arranged by displacing from the center of rotation of the ball screw shaft 10 in the radial direction.
