The cooling fin metal plate and another cooling fin metal plate (118) are fixed or firmly bonded together. A compensation element (120) is arranged between the two cooling fin metal plates and rests against the heat-collection region of the former cooling fin metal plate and/or at the heat-collection region of the latter cooling fin metal plate. The compensation element comprises a foamed material. An independent claim is also included for an electrochemical energy storage device.
