<p>The invention relates to an expanding sleeve for introduction into a soft material, in particular in the installation position for the tensile loading counter to an axial introducing direction, with a sleeve casing which extends along an expanding-sleeve axis and has a transitional edge which faces an introducing direction in the installation position. There is provision according to the invention for the sleeve casing to have a means for fastening a drawing means on the inside in a rear region which lies axially behind the transitional edge in the introducing direction, and for the sleeve casing to have, in a front region which lies in front of the transitional edge, a number of crenellations (38) which are arranged at the transitional edge and are set axially counter to the introducing direction, which crenellations (38) are provided for projecting radially beyond a casing surface which is arranged in the rear region of the sleeve casing, transversely with respect to the expanding-sleeve axis at least in the installation position.</p> |
