PURPOSE: An antistatic transferring apparatus is provided to allow dust on a glass substrate or in air to be collected on the surface of a sub-roller which is separated from the glass substrate at a certain distance. CONSTITUTION: An antistatic transferring apparatus includes a roller assembly (50) and a driving unit. The roller assembly transfers a glass substrate (10) to one side. The roller assembly includes a main roller (20), a sub-roller (30), and a rotary shaft (40). The conductive main roller rotates with being in contact with the glass substrate, and transfers the glass substrate to the one side. The conductive sub-roller is separated from the glass substrate at a certain distance. The main roller and the sub-roller are fixed to the rotary shaft which is rotated by the driving unit. The sub-roller collects particles on the glass substrate using a potential difference.
