PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein frequency in tip replacement can be reduced to 1/2-1/3 times because of using tungsten or molybdenum, or an alloy of tungsten or molybdenum and copper for at least a leading edge tip portion of a welding tip, but a unit cost may be increased to 2-4 times compared with conventional chromium copper depending on material due to an increase in tip material cost, which results in the actual situation where there is hardly any cost advantage if cost is compared with effects.SOLUTION: A welding tip for supplying power to a welding wire includes a conductive leading edge side tip member having a first welding wire insertion hole; a conductive rear end side tip member having a second welding wire insertion hole; and a fixture for fixing the leading edge side tip member to the rear end side tip member so that the welding wire passes through the first wire insertion hole after passing through the second welding wire insertion hole. The leading edge side tip member can be rotated for use. |
