PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow selection of connectivity option in a multi-interface device.SOLUTION: A plurality of network connectivity options respectively perform evaluation prior to a user who selects a communication mode. The evaluation processing takes into consideration lower layer information such as signal intensity, bit error rate, SNR, and interference, and network layer information such as IP connectivity and end-to-end routing performance.
