PURPOSE: An organic-inorganic nano complex is provided to induce a faster attachment and detachment on metal ions, and to realize an effective collection on the used organic-inorganic complex. CONSTITUTION: An organic-inorganic complex comprising a polymer and magnetic particles sealed in the polymer has a volume phase transition property according to the temperature. The polymer is more than one kind between amide group polymer and polyacrylo-nitrile. A manufacturing method of the organic-inorganic complex comprises the steps of: manufacturing magnetic particles; and manufacturing the polymer having the volume phase transition.
