APPARATUS FOR REMOVING OIL AND METHOD FOR REMOVING OIL FROM OIL IMPREGNATED FILAMENT THREAD BY USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An emulsion removing apparatus and emulsion removal method of filament yarn impregnated in emulsion by using the apparatus are provided to have excellent removing efficiency, to improve process efficiency in a mass fabric production process, to cut down manufacturing cost by removing the emulsion for fabric from the filament yarn. CONSTITUTION: An emulsion removing apparatus comprises a water tub (100) that moves therein when filament yarn impregnated in an emulsion is inserted. The water tub comprises reels (110, 210), water jet nozzles (120, 220), reflection plates (130, 230), and a drying part. The reels convert a moving direction of the filament yarn. The water jet nozzles spray water to the filament yarn to wash the emulsion. The reflection plates reflect the water sprayed through the water jet nozzles. The drying part dries the washed filament yarn. An emulsion removing method comprises the steps of: spraying water to filament yarn impregnated in emulsion to wash the filament yarn; and drying the washed filament yarn.
