Disclosed are a deblocking method and a deblocking apparatus for a block on which intra prediction is performed. An intra prediction method may comprise: a step of determining an intra prediction mode of a plurality of adjacent blocks to calculate a plurality of candidate intra prediction modes which are prediction values of the intra prediction mode of the current block; a step of determining the intra prediction mode of the current block based on the prediction value of the intra prediction mode of the current block obtained based on the plurality of candidate intra prediction modes; and a step of outputting, as a restored block, the block obtained by filtering the prediction block generated based on the intra prediction mode of the current block by means of a deblocking filter in cases where the current block uses an intra skip mode. Thus, encoding/decoding efficiency may be increased and image encoding/decoding complexity may be reduced.
