<p>The invention relates to a method for producing an instrument for cleaning, or taking a sample from, a bodily conduit, said instrument comprising a rod having a flexible bulb (27) and (28) at each end thereof, each bulb being formed by the stacking of two half-bulbs articulated with one another by a hinge and assembled by covering and immobilising the ends that are joined by the rod (2). The method is characterised in that: a first material is injected to form a basic structure consisting of the two end units of two half-bulbs opened flat, each carried in a part of a mould with a pivoting wedge, and to form a wire connection therebetween; and the two pivoting wedges (25 and 26) carrying the two half-bulbs of each unit are pivoted to form the bulbs (27 and 28), and, after modifying the mould, a second material is injected to form the rod (2) and to form an over-thickness forming a connecting and securing ring between each end of the rod (2) and each corresponding end bulb. One or both of the end bulb(s) can have strands forming a brush. The invention is particularly suitable for use in the medical, pharmaceutical or cosmetic fields.</p> |
