PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overturn detection sensor that has relatively simple constitution and is suitable to equipment using a liquid, and a water purifier with the same.SOLUTION: An overturn detection sensor 210 includes a tubular member 30 which forms a passage for moving water substantially horizontally, and an electrode 160 and an electrode 170 fitted to the tubular member 30 to be arranged in the passage. The tubular member 30 has an expansion part 32 spreading upward more than an inflow tube 31 and an outflow tube 33. The expansion part 32 has larger passage cross-sectional area than the inflow tube 31 and outflow tube 33. A tip 171 of the electrode 170 is arranged inside the expansion part 32 and perpendicularly above a tip 161 of the electrode 160. |
