<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for regenerating glass substrates for color filters which regenerates glass substrates for color filters, without polishing treatment, in short time, without damaging the glass substrates for color filters, when the resin and metal films on the glass substrates for color filters are exfoliated, removed or washed. <P>SOLUTION: The device for regenerating glass substrates for color filters regenerates the defective glass substrates of color filters which are produced in a production process. The device has: a first acid solution treating part which exfoliates the metal films of the defective glass substrates; a first alkali solution treating part which exfoliates the resin films; a second acid solution treating part which exfoliates metal films which are different from the former metal films; and a second alkali solution treating part which exfoliates resin films which are different from the former resin films. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
