PURPOSE: A vibrating motor is provided to combine a housing and a cover securely by not changing a vibrating characteristic of the vibrating cover. CONSTITUTION: A vibrating motor (100) comprises a housing (110), a cover (120), an elastic member (130) a permanent magnet (140), a coil (150), a mass member (160), and a circuit board (170). The housing opens one side. The permanent magnet (140) is arranged inside of the housing, and generates an electromechanical power by interacting with the coil. The elastic member (130) is formed in the housing. The mass member (160) is combined with the elastic member, and resonance-exercises by the electromechanical power. The cove covers the opened side of the housing. An extension part (114) is extended along the height direction of the housing, and attaches the housing and cover closely by being settled on the cover.
