<p>Disclosed is a method for allocating resources, the method comprising the following steps: upon a determination to start adjustment of the proportion value of an uplink and downlink Control Channel Element (CCE), on the basis of an uplink and downlink CCE proportion adjustment strategy, the uplink and downlink CCE proportion is adjusted by using the uplink CCE utilization rate and a downlink CCE utilization rate of an ordinary sub-frame; and upon a determination to start adjustment of a Control Format Indicator (CFI) value, on the basis of a CFI adjustment strategy, the CFI value is adjusted by using the average CCE utilization rate and the average Resource Block (RB) utilization rate of the ordinary sub-frame. Also disclosed is an evolved Node B (eNodeB). With the present invention, the resources may be scheduled flexibly on the basis of the current system operation status, thus, the resources utilization rate is optimized, and then the system performance is improved.</p> |
