PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film having a small haze and excellent quality.SOLUTION: A transparent conductive film 1 includes: a film base material 2; a curable resin layer 3 formed on one side of the film base material 2; an indium based composite oxide layer 4 formed on an opposite side of the film base material 2 in the curable resin layer 3. The curable resin layer 3 includes a plurality of spherical particles 6 and a binder resin layer 5 fixing the spherical particles 6 on a surface of the film base material 2. Thickness of the film base material 2 is 10 to 200 μm and thickness of the indium based composite oxide layer 4 is 20 to 50 nm. In the curable resin layer 3, when a most frequent particle diameter of the spherical particle 6 is w and thickness of the binder resin layer 5 is d, a difference w-d between the most frequent particle diameter w and the thickness d of the binder resin layer 5 is larger than 0 and 1.2 μm or less.
