PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active mount device that controls vibration displacement from a vibration generator and reduces a transmission force, and to provide a vehicle having the active mount device, and a method for manufacturing the active mount device.SOLUTION: An active mount device 10 includes: bellows 12 that are internally communicated with a housing 11 and that are filled with liquid; an attenuation device 20 including a plunger 21 for sliding in a communicating part 13 between the housing 11 and the bellows 12 in the housing; an accumulator 30; and a control system 40. The active mount device is configured by connecting an elastic body 15 in at least part of an outer surface of the bellows 12.
