<p>An apparatus and method of generating a hologram based on hologram pattern reuse includes a pattern generating unit (101, 801) arranged to generate an initial hologram pattern (401, 601, 701) reconstructing a three-dimensional (3D) object (104, 203, 403, 603, 703) in a 3D space, and a pattern transformation unit (102, 802) arranged to determine a transformation hologram pattern (402, 602, 702) by transforming the generated initial hologram pattern. The apparatus and method may further include a hologram reproducing unit (103, 803) to reproduce a video hologram (105) using as temporal frames the initial hologram pattern (401, 601, 701) and the transformation hologram pattern (402, 602, 702).</p> |
