PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescence element using an anthracene derivative is provided to have excellent quality in luminance efficiency, brightness, power efficiency, driving voltage, and lifespan and to exhibit maximized performance and lifespan improvement in a full color organic EL panel. CONSTITUTION: A compound displayed by a chemical formula 1 is provided. An organic electroluminescence element contains (i) anode, (ii) cathode, and (iii) one or more layers of organic material layer interposed between the anode and the cathode. At least one among one or more layers of organic material layer has a compound displayed as a chemical formula 1. The organic layer with the compound displayed as the chemical formula 1 is an emissive layer.
