PURPOSE: A bending method of a flexible flat cable is provided to accurately bend the flexible flat cable at the desire bending position by bending the flexible flat cable using a bending groove of a notch form. CONSTITUTION: A flexible flat cable (201) comprises multiple copper wires which are mutually arranged side by side and a protection film which surrounds the multiple copper wires. A virtual upper bending line (201a) is established on the upper side of the flexible flat cable along a direction crossing the multiple copper wires. A virtual lower bending line (201b) is established on the lower side of the flexible flat cable along a direction crossing the multiple copper wires. A bending groove of a notch form is formed through a total length section of the virtual upper and lower bending lines. The flexible flat cable is bent using the bending groove.
