PURPOSE: A hatch coaming tope structure of a container carrier is provided to reduce the whole length of the container carrier as a unit bay is inserted into a tope plate. CONSTITUTION: A hatch coaming tope structure of a container carrier comprises a pair of vertical walls (124, 126) and a tope plat (128) connected to the walls. The outer surfaces of the vertical walls are inserted into the top plate. The recessed portion of the vertical wall is 20 to 30mm. A bridge (130) is connected to the center of the top plate, and a support plate (135) is installed at both sides of the bridge.
