This head-up display has a light source, a transparent member, and a polarizing filter. The light source radiates light having a set direction of oscillation. The transparent member is, for example, a combiner, is irradiated by light emitted from the light source and reflects at least a portion thereof. Here, the transparent member has the polarizing filter, which prevents at least a portion of the light having the direction of oscillation of the light emitted from the light source from radiating to the outside of a moving body in the direction of progress of the moving body.
