<p>The device has two casting rakes (200) with a tubular hollow body that extends along a central axis. An exhaust port (220) discharges a foamed reaction mixture, and the casting rakes and a covering layer (500) are moved relative to each other along longitudinal axis (510). The casting rakes are arranged at a receiving element by a joint, where the casting rakes are aligned in an angle about less than or equal to 80 degree at the longitudinal axis. The receiving element is formed as a mixture head and a three-way tool, where the mixture head includes two components. The covering layer comprises metal, plastic, glass fiber-containing material, mineral fiber-containing material and/or cellulosic-containing material.
