PURPOSE: A substitution product for preparing a biological permanent specimen is provided to shorten time for substitution without color and shape changes due to heat. CONSTITUTION: A substitution product for preparing a biological permanent specimen wihtout a post-hardening process contains: 100 parts by weight of a silicon polymer with a molecular weight of 1,000-25,000; 1-10 parts by weight of a crosslinking agent containing one or more kinds selected from the group consisting of silane (Si_nH_2n+2, 1<=n<=20) and trichlorosilane (SiHCl_3); and 0.1-5 parts by weight of a hardening agent containing one or more kinds selected from the group consisting of 2,5-dimetyl-2,5-di (t-butylperoxy)-hexane, di- (2,4-dichlorobenzoyl)-peroxide, dibenzoyl peroxide, dicumyl peroxide, di-t-butylperoxide, and t-Butylcumylperoxide. |
