PURPOSE: An endo-surgical operation device and an endoscopic equipment with the same are provided to include inner skin adsorption means, thereby maximizing treatment effect of inner skin by multiple needles. CONSTITUTION: A procedure pipe is installed at the insertion part of an endoscope which is inserted into internal. A procedure board (122) is inserted and installed inside the procedure pipe. The procedure board includes at least one needle (121) which is equipped with a pointed end. A driver (165) drives the procedure board. An adsorption means (170) fixes the end portion of the procedure pipe on the inside tissue or endothelial surface by adsorption method.
