PURPOSE: A mat for practicing golf swing is provided to minimize damage of a human body since an exerciser minimizes friction load in golf swing by using a golf mat where file fur are forms using mono yarn made with straight fur having excellent standing erect resilience after the blow, and to enable a driver shot without using a golf tee and to enable a user to shot with the desired tee height. CONSTITUTION: A mat for practicing golf swing forms file fur (8) which have height of 10-100 mm by inserting a number of mono yarn into a staple. The mono yarn has standing erect resilience of 0.1-0.5 mm thickness. The file fur is fixed to fixing grooves arranged in a floor board material (10) through forcible insertion using an arrowhead shape staple. The mono yarn constituting the file fur is Teflon material mono-filament yarn. The file fur are arranged in the rhombus shape from the view point of hitting direction, and the gap between two most adjacent file fur is 5-15 mm.
