POLYESTER COMPOSITE FIBER HAVING EXELLENT DEGRADATION

PURPOSE: Polyester composite fiber having improved degradation is provided to radiation and extensibility through the constitution change of raw material by using aliphatic acid and aromatic acid. CONSTITUTION: In polyester composite fiber having improved degradation, acidity component which consists of aliphatic acid including carboxylic acid group and aromatic acid including phenylene group, sulfonic acid metal salt and diol component (C2-14) are mixed and polyester is manufactured by esterifying and poly-condensing the mixture. In a core part, 10-20 mole % of aliphatic acid, 80-90 mole % of aromatic acid and 0.5-1.5 mole % of sulfonic acid metal salt are mixed; and material including acidity and sulfonic acid metal salt and aicidity component are mixed in a weight ratio of 1.0:1.0-1.4. In a sheath part, 20-30 mole % of aliphatic acid, 70-80 mole % of aromatic acid and 1-3 mole % of sulfonic acid metal salt are mixed; and material including acidity and sulfonic acid metal salt and aicidity component are mixed in a weight ratio of 1.0:1.0-1.4.
