PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of lacquer juice is provided to manufacture lacquer juice having an effect to neutralize the intrinsic smell of lacquer juice and to remove active oxygen, in addition to the unique lacquer effect. CONSTITUTION: 84.0 weight% of alkaline reduced water, 12.0 weight% of lacquer branches of 5-10 cm, 3.0 weight% of milk vetch, 1.0 weight% of licorice root are put into a cattle and heated at 100deg.C for 15-20 hours. The alkaline reduced water is obtained by electrolyzing water.
