PURPOSE: A signal generator embedded high power piezoelectric element driver is provided to supply various signal waveforms by integrating a signal generator and a high output power supply device into a driver. CONSTITUTION: An amplifier amplifies a small signal. The small signal is generated from a signal generator. A power supply device supplies DC power to the amplifier. The amplifier uses an H-bridge transistor. The signal generator is integrally formed with the amplifier and the power supply device in a driver.
