<p>The device (1) has a clamping conveyer (3) clamping printed products (5, 6) between lower and upper conveyor units (31, 35). A slider (37) is moved forward and backward and conveys the printed products to a cutting table (21) in a cutting position. The lower conveyor unit is formed as a lower rotating driven conveyer and a belt conveyer. A downstream end of the lower conveyer unit is completely moved forward and backward for bypassing a splinter ejection chute (16) in a conveyance direction in a cyclic manner. The splinter ejection chute is located in front of the cutting table. The upper conveyor unit is a conveyer chain.</p> |
