PURPOSE: A tool for mixing solvent and solute well is provided to melt and mix substances in liquid well and to have excellent portability. CONSTITUTION: A tool for mixing solvent and solute well includes a top fixing device as a handle in the top of a container. The container is formed into a relaxable wing shape to mix inner contents. An inner central unit relaxes the container and stores powder. A cap covers a common part of the container. The cap is combined with the container when the container is contracted. The top fixing device is formed of a rubber material. The powder is stored in the central unit through a contraction and relaxation process of the container.
