PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily recover high-purity pulp from a raw liquid at low cost, in a method for separating and recovering the pulp from the raw liquid after removing vinyl from a mixed liquid mixture obtained by cutting or crushing a used disposable diaper using pulp, water-absorbing polymers, and vinyl as material, and adding and mixing a separating agent making water absorbed by the water-absorbing polymers be discharged and water fluidizing the cut or crushed used disposal diaper.SOLUTION: After the pulp and the water-absorbing polymers contained in the raw liquid are adjusted to a concentration of solid content 1.5 wt.% or below, the raw liquid is force-fed from a lateral direction such that a vortex flow occurs in an inflow port 1b of an upper side face of a circular cone 1a of a cyclone type centrifugal separator 1, the water-absorbing polymers having discharged water by the centrifugal force of the vortex flow are discharged from a lower discharge port 1c while swirling them downward along the conical inner wall, a pulp solution wherein the water and the pulp are mixed is discharged from an elbow pipe 1e connected to an upper discharge port 1d while making it ascend in a central part of the circular cone 1a, and the pulp is recovered. |
