PURPOSE: A mobile emergency patient monitoring system is provided to implement real time evaluation by using a sensor attached to a wrist and a chest of a human body. CONSTITUTION: A measuring device (100) measures an arterial blood oxygen saturation signal. The measuring device modulates a heartbeat and a waveform of a heart to wirelessly transmit the same to the outside. A receiving device (200) transmits the arterial blood oxygen saturation signal and the heartbeat to an embedded analysis device (300). The embedded analysis device calculates data of the arterial blood oxygen saturation signal and the heartbeat. The embedded analysis device generates a warning when the arterial blood oxygen saturation signal and the heartbeat are higher than a predetermined range.
