A method for providing an auction-house card re-registration period restriction service to prevent abuses of a game comprises: a first step of recording data including a bid time in a server when a user who controls a client puts a card belonging to the user up for auction and another user bids for the card; a second step of checking, in the server, whether or not a difference between the current time and the bid time is less than a predetermined time if the other user re-registers the card in the auction house; and a third step of enabling the server to restrict the card from being used in the auction house when the difference is less than the predetermined time.
