PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gel producing apparatus capable of efficiently producing a plurality of gels.SOLUTION: The gel producing apparatus includes (A) a fluid jetting part for intermittently jetting fluid drops of a first fluid toward a second fluid from a nozzle array in which a plurality of nozzles are arranged in series; (B) a flow part for allowing the second fluid to flow in vortex shape inside a cylindrical container provided vertically below the fluid jetting part; and (C) a control part for adjusting a frequency f when intermittently jetting the first fluid from the fluid jetting part such that a first fluid drop jetted from a radially outermost nozzle and a second fluid drop jetted next to the first fluid drop do not contact each other within the second fluid according to the flow speed of the second fluid in a position that faces the radially outermost nozzle out of the nozzle array arranged along the radial direction of the cylindrical container.
