[Problem] To provide: a vibration device in which abrupt changes in amplitude at a specific frequency are reduced; and a sound generator, a speaker system, and an electronic device which use the vibration device. [Solution] A vibration device is characterized by at least having: a vibrator (10); an exciter (1) for vibrating the vibrator (10); and a loading member (41) that is attached to a section of the vibrator (10) so as not to contact the exciter (1), and decreases the amplitude of the vibrator (10) in the attached section. Hence, it is possible to obtain a vibration device in which abrupt changes in amplitude at a specific frequency are reduced, and a vibration device in which abrupt changes in acoustic pressure at a specific frequency are reduced.
