<p>PURPOSE: An application operating device and an acquisition server thereof are provided to collect the use information of various applications installed in a user terminal. CONSTITUTION: An application operating device (100) includes an API module (110), a calling unit (130), an application memory (150), a setting unit (170), and a transmitting unit (190). According to a call request from the API module, application execution information is collected and an API is executed. And the calling unit automatically calls the API module according to the change of an application operation state. The setting unit assigns an execution information flag to the application memory, and the transmitting unit sends the collected application execution information to the acquisition server.
