<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition of a fruit vegetable beverage containing lactobacillus, produced by adding Lactobacillus plantarum and Bifidobacterium, and a production method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The composition of the fruit vegetable beverage containing lactobacillus contains 0.001-0.1 wt.% of a lyophilized Lactobacillus plantarum, 0.001-0.1 wt.% of a lyophilized Bifidobacterium, 7-14 wt.% of fruit vegetable concentrate, 1-4 wt.% of sugar, 0.0005-0.1 wt.% of citric acid, 0.5-5 wt.% of oligosaccharide, 0.1-5 wt.% of dietary fiber, and the residues of purified water. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
