#CMT# #/CMT# The balance wheel (1) has a small plate (4) and a roller pin (5) that are molded together on a balance wheel shaft (2), where the roller pin is made of plastic material. The shaft includes a stiffening flange (6) on which the small plate is molded, where the flange is a separate component threaded on the shaft or a projecting shoulder constituting the shaft. The flange constitutes a support surface for a rim (7) on the shaft and a support frame for the rim molded on the shaft.
