<p>The present invention relates to a system for providing online tendering services of residential space, comprising at least one server for allowing to receive project related information in real time, deliver project related information in real time, or execute the calculations that will enable execution of said project to each relevant entity. The at least one server is adapted for the organization of the extension of residential space, comprising: a) database of apartments (containing details such as location, number of floors,the area of each apartment, if the block contains an elevator, parking spaces,etc); b) a module for the entry of data by all the different entities involved (such as the apartment owners, designers, contractors, etc.); c) an Internet user interface; d) a module for the calculation of the permitted percentage of additional construction; and e) a module that performs the economic feasibility and profit calculation.</p> |
