PURPOSE: A robotic amphibious vehicle is provided to control floating and immersing in the sea and to stably perform various kinds of task by maintaining the predetermined position in the strong ocean current. CONSTITUTION: A robotic amphibious vehicle comprises a cargo unit and a crawler unit. The cargo unit includes a hatch, an inner pressure gauge(25), and a vacuum pump(24). The vacuum pump flows or discharges the outdoor air to control the inner pressure of the cargo unit. The cargo unit includes a water pack(26) and a water pump(27). The water pack stores the water. The water pump flows or discharges the outdoor water to control the load of the cargo unit. The crawler unit can be fixed under the sea.
