<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a gas barrier film having a high barrier performance and a high heat resistance, and a method for manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: In the gas barrier film 10a provided with a gas barrier layer 2 on a substrate 1, conditions that storage elastic modulus (E') by dynamic viscoelasticity measurement of the substrate 1 is 1 GPa≤E'≤100 GPa in a range of ≥100°C and ≤150°C and a tan δ peak by the dynamic viscoelasticity measurement of the substrate 1 is not in a range of less than 150°C are to be satisfied. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
