<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base connector that has the reduced number of components, and to and from which a coaxial plug can be easily attached and detached. <P>SOLUTION: A coaxial plug 10 has a cantilevered contact 3 connecting a core wire 1a, a housing 4 holding the contact 3, and a first shell 5 connecting a braided wire 1c and constituting an outer shell of the housing 4. The base connector 20 is provided with a box-shaped second shell 2 that is mounted on a printed circuit board 2p, the base connector 20 having one face opened so that the coaxial plug 10 can be inserted, and the other face opened so that the contact 3 comes into contact with a strip line 2s of the printed circuit board 2p. The second shell 2 has a clip 21 capable of inserting and holding a contactor barrel 521, a presser piece 22 partially covering the first shell 5, and a first emboss 2b capable of contacting both side plates of the inserted first shell 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
